DISTANCE: Beginner and Intermediate
The beginner event requires only a basic level of ability, there are no set requirements. All weights and movements can be scaled. However, to ensure safety, entrants must be injury free and familiar with movements including the squat, lunge, burpee, kettlebell swing 24/8, rowing, single skips and box jumps 24/20. For Intermediate participants, weights and movements can be scaled. We recommend entrants be familiar with the following movements: 80/40kg Clean & Jerk, 50/25kg Snatch, 5/2 Pull ups and 3 TTB.
