The Cowra Colour Me Happy Run will be the first colour powder event held in Cowra. The 'Colour Me Happy' event will be part of the Festival of International Understanding.
Join the fun with Cowra Youth Council and Cowra PCYC for a family day out. Stations of powder, bubbles, water and some surprises along 3km by the Lachlan river.
