The Devonport Triathlon incorporates the Elite and Under 23 National Standard Distance Championships and the Junior National Championship. The main event involves a 1500m swim, a 40km cycle leg and a 10km run. The age-group cycle leg consists of six laps during the 40km journey. The event is also an age-group Standard Distance Qualifying event.
