The Murray Quad is a true test of endurance involving a 3.2km open water swim on Lake Mulwala, an off road half marathon on walking tracks and a golf course and 91km bike ride on country roads and a 25km paddle on the Murray River.
Be part of Australia’s official WQF quadrathlon event on the 19th of November 2016 and put your strength, endurance and skill to the ultimate test. Swim, run, cycle and paddle around a 141km course that starts in Yarrawonga and finishes in Tocumwal on the mighty Murray River.
If you’re an elite athlete or just want a challenge, this world-class event offers you the chance to take on an epic journey, as an individual, relay team or event just do one of the disciplines.
For the paddle leg, organisers have reinstated the Peaches and Cream paddle with a Le Mans start on Thompson Beach then a down river paddle to the finish at Town beach Tocumwal.
