Nav Dash - Canning Vale College

Nav Dash events are normally short in distance ranging from 1.5km's to 4km's, with plenty of twists and turns to make sure a rewarding and fun challenge will be had while you complete your course. Registration: 1-2pm, Starts: from 1.30pm until 3pm with a Beginners Briefing: 1.30pm. There are events all year round and beginners are always welcome. Every event offers courses appropriate for newcomers and club members will be on hand and pleased to assist you to get underway.
