East Gippsland Adventure Challenge

Take on an ultimate adventure challenge at the Australian Adventure Festival in East Gippsland. The Multisport Race is the headline event of the East Gippsland Adventure Challenge and is an experience that is not to be missed. The Multisport Race is a race across three legs, challenging competitors to prove themselves across the East Gippsland terrain on foot, bike and kayak. This classic multisport race course is fully marked and no navigation is required. Individual competitors, relay teams (each team member engages in a different leg) or AR Duo teams (both participants compete together for the entire course and kayaking equipment is supplied). What you’ll need: Stable kayaks will be provided for AR Duo teams, along with safety equipment, Relay teams and SOLO need to have their own. All participants need to bring the rest of your equipment, including running shoes and your bike. You’ll probably be able manage on a cyclocross bike but a mountain bike is highly recommended. No navigation is required but you’ll need your sense of adventure to compete in this event!
