The City2Surf is a 14km event from weaving its way from Sydney's CBD to Bondi Beach.
Over 80,000 people are expected to lace up their running shoes to walk, wheel, dance, jog and run the 14km course, with some of the nation’s youngest participants pushed comfortably along in their prams.
Since 2008, when the fundraising tally was first recorded, participants have raised over $48 million for charities in need.
