Round 4 of the 2017/18 Dare2Tri Triathlon Series will be held at Midcourse Reserve in West Lakes.
Choose from three distances depending on your fitness level and experience.
There's a 100m swim, 6.5km cycle and 1km run for beginners, a 300m swim 19.5km cycle and 3km run for participants seeking a little more challenge, and an Enduro (300/13/3 x 2) format for the more experienced participants.Location
