The EXSS Sprint Duathlon is held at Champion Lakes and is an Australia Age-Group qualifying race for the ITU World Championship.

Choose from the Sprint Course State Championships distance of a 5km run, a 20km bike and 2.5km run, or the Bolt Course of a 2.5km run, 12km bike and 1.25km run.

For novices and tinlids, there's a short 1km run, 6km bike and 1km run course to try.
