The Five Peaks Trail Running Festival is a multi-distance trail running event held in the Adelaide Hills on Sunday 19 April 2026. Organised by Trail Running SA, the event takes runners across diverse terrain on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people, with courses featuring native bushland, open fire trails, technical singletrack and sweeping views across Adelaide and the coastline.
The full route begins in Athelstone and finishes at Belair National Park, following much of the Yurrebilla Trail and passing through areas including Black Hill Conservation Park, Morialta Conservation Park and Mount Lofty Summit.
Participants can choose from the ultra at 58km, which is now listed as 59.1km, as well as 26km, 17km and 10km options. This spread makes the festival accessible to a wide range of abilities, from experienced ultra runners to those looking for a shorter trail challenge, with the 10km also open to walkers.
With drink stations, experienced volunteer support and a relaxed finish-line atmosphere at Belair National Park, Five Peaks offers a well-supported way to experience some of the best trails in the Adelaide Hills.
