The event combines a trail run through the forest followed by a mountain bike ride predominantly along single trail, finishing with another forest trail run. To cater for differing experience and fitness levels three different race distances are on offer as well as the option to compete as part of a team. Three options to race, cross-country run on predominantly single track followed by a cross-country ride and then a second run. You will get dirty!
