The Tropical Journeys Great Barrier Reef Marathon Festival is the adventure marathon event of the calendar year.
Held in Port Douglas, Queensland, the Festival offers a range of adventure courses like no other including a 42.2km Steve Moneghetti Adventure Marathon, 21.1km Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Half Marathon, 10km Newsport Daily, 5km Calypso Fun Run and 2km Star FM Junior Challenge.
The course is described by Olympic marathon runner Steve Moneghetti as "the world's best adventure course".
