Race four in the Hills Tri Series is an opportunity to compete in one of Australia's largest club races, over a distance of up to 750/20/5.
The 750m swim leg takes place in the fast, flat waters of the Sydney International Regatta Centre in Penrith. Spectators can enjoy watching from a close distance.
The 20km cycle and 5km run course take place on the surrounding roads and paths adjacent to the Regatta Centre.
While the main event is the traditional sprint distance, there are shorter options available for novice triathletes and juniors wishing to participate.
