Husky Ocean Swim

The Husky Ocean Swim is a 1000m open water swim held in conjunction with the "Big Husky" Triathlon Festival.


If swimming’s your thing then this event is sure to whet your appetite, in what must be one of Australia’s most pristine aquatic environments, on the shores of Jervis Bay Huskisson.

The swim will be a beach start and finish anti-clockwise direction swim around marker buoys, but is dependant on the conditions and tide.

An ideal opportunity for triathlon competitors to loosen up and have a swim in the beautiful water of Jervis Bay, with the event forming part of the Husky Triathlon Festival, which also includes fun runs, triathlons and kids events. Huskisson is a spectacular spot to race and holiday with great local cafes and restaurants, a range of accommodation from camping, cabins, motels, the famous Husky Pub through to beach front homes.
