Ironman 70.3 Western SydneyIronman 70.3 Western Sydney is a long course triathlon nestled at the base of the Blue Mountains in Penrith, New South Wales. The 2017 edition will host the IRONMAN 70.3 Asia-Pacific Championship.

The 1.9km swim course takes place at the International Regatta Centre in Penrith, followed by a 90km cycle leg with breathtaking mountain views and then the final 21.1km run leg, which encircles the venue, providing spectators a viewing point of the entire race.

The race offers 60 qualifying slots to the 2018 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship, to be held at Nelson Mandela Bay in South Africa.
