The Knapsack Lap Race is part of the Running Wild NSW trail series featuring a 3 hour or 6 hour format.
Runners follow a 5km circuit within Knapsack Park in Glenbrook, covering as many laps as they can of the trails featuring single track, fire trail, descents, climbs and lookouts along the way.
Solo runners, pairs relays and teams relays of up to four categories are available to suit all runners.Location
