The Kowen Trail Run is a series of trail races held in the Kowen Forest 20 km east of Canberra which start and finish at the Wamboin Community Hall in conjunction with the Wamboin Produce Market.
Runners can choose from the 42.2km marathon course, a 21.1km half marathon or short 12km course.
The Kowen Trail Run is affiliated with the Australian Mountain Running Association and is a not-for-profit event with all proceeds going to the Wamboin Rural Fire Brigade.
