Ballarat Tri Club Series – Lake Esmond Duathlon

Race 3 of the Ballarat Triathlon Club series, the Lake Esmond Duathlon, is held at Lake Esmond and offers a friendly, accessible introduction to multisport racing in a relaxed regional setting.

The event typically features multiple race formats to suit a range of abilities. Two distances for the duathlon are on offer – either a 3km run, 15km cycle, 3km run format, or a shorter 1.5km run, 7km cycle and 1.5km run format.

Set around the compact and scenic Lake Esmond precinct, the courses are clearly marked and well supported by volunteers. With its welcoming atmosphere and flexible distance options, the Lake Esmond Duathlon is an exciting way to participate, along with the Triathlon event being held on the same day.
