Ballarat Tri Club Series – Lake Esmond Triathlon

Race 3 of the Ballarat Triathlon Club series, the Lake Esmond Triathlon, is held at Lake Esmond and offers a friendly, accessible introduction to multisport racing in a relaxed regional setting.

The event typically features multiple race formats to suit a range of abilities. A sprint triathlon includes a swim of approximately either 750m or 375m, followed by a 14km or 7km cycle and a 3km or 1.5km run, providing a solid challenge for regular competitors.
