Lara Fun Run

The Ray White Lara Fun Run takes place on Sunday 6 December 2026 at Serendip Sanctuary, Windermere Road, Lara – offering participants rare access to a stunning nature reserve that remains closed to the public for the rest of the year.

Set on flat, scenic trails starting and finishing at Pirra Homestead, the course winds through open landscapes and native wildlife habitat, creating a relaxed and unique race-day atmosphere that's welcoming to beginners and competitive runners alike.

Three distances are available:

• 1km Kids Dash

Every finisher receives a medal, and personalised race bibs are available for early entrants. The event has a strong community feel – ideal for families looking to kick off the summer season together.
