Little Penguin Dash

Little Penguin Dash is junior beach biathlon/aquathlon (swim/run event) for 7 to 14 year olds, run in age-group heats.

There are two different length courses for ages 7-10 and 11-14 year olds and the depth of the swim course is adjusted for each age.

All ages will put their runners on in their age's transition area based at Cowes (7–10-year-olds near the toilets, 11–14-year-olds at the pier triangle), then wave to cheering crowds as they run under the event finish arch on The Esplanade in front of the pub to be presented with their medal.
