The Nutrition Station open water swim is a 5km or 2.5km open water swim at the Sydney International Regatta Centre in Penrith, NSW.
$4500 in prize money including $1000 each for 1st Male & Female in the 5km swim and $150 for 1st Male & Female in the 2.5km. There is also a $1000 prize for the Swimming Club scoring the most points.
