SIDS Stampede

The SIDS Stampede is a running festival set in the beautiful Hawkesbury area featuring a half marathon, 10km and 5km fun runs. It consists of four events - a half marathon, 10km run, 5km run and 5km friends and family walk. All money raised will go directly to the SIDS and Sleep Apnoea Research Department at The Children’s Hospital Westmead. Our aim is to help support scientists in their search for a trigger and eventually, a cure, for these terrible problems. SIDS claims the lives of approximately 100 infants in Australia every year. Sleep Apnoea is a condition that affects up to 3 of every 100 (3%) of infants in Australia.
