Spring Cycle
About this event
Spring Cycle is a major community bike ride held in Sydney, giving participants the rare chance to ride traffic-free across the Sydney Harbour Bridge main deck and through some of the city’s most recognisable landmarks. Organised by Bicycle NSW, the event starts in North Sydney and finishes in a festival-style atmosphere, creating an accessible and memorable experience for riders of all ages and abilities.
The event offers two ride options. The 10km City Ride is designed for families and novice riders, taking in the Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House and The Rocks. The longer 50km Classic Ride includes those same iconic highlights before continuing through the Inner West and out to Sydney Olympic Park, making it the more challenging option for riders looking for a longer day in the saddle.
With its fully closed-road format, inclusive atmosphere and landmark-filled course, Spring Cycle is ideal for both casual riders and more experienced cyclists wanting to experience Sydney from a unique on-bike perspective.
