Swim Thru Perth is a 4km or 1.6km open water swim held in Perth's Swan River, offering an opportunity to swim through one of Australia's beautiful cities.
The field will be broken into wave starts, with waves starting approximately three minutes apart.
Swimmers in the 4km event will complete two laps of the course with a slight extension added to make up the full distance.
