“KICK ASS”. It’s not something you’d usually hear being yelled at a 72 year old. But Wally Hesseltine is not your average retiree. He’s running 100 miles.

Pursuing his goal of being the oldest ever finisher of the Western States 100 ultramarathon, Wally is dead set focused on getting to that finish line.

The time limit is thirty hours. And as Wally approaches the final miles of the race, that time limit creeps closer, and closer.

The doco is 12 minutes long - you’ll want to make sure you watch it to the end.
