CrossFit South West Sydney would like to invite participants for their 6th games day. This competition is the bigger brother to the beginners event we held earlier in 2015.
Beginner and Intermediate
The beginner event requires only a basic level of ability, there are no set requirements. All weights and movements can be scaled. However, to ensure safety, entrants must be injury free and familiar with movements including the squat, lunge, burpee, kettlebell swing 24/8, rowing, single skips and box jumps 24/20.
