Hamilton Island Triathlon
About this event
The Hamilton Island Triathlon is a sprint distance triathlon located on the edge of the Great Barrier Reef, amongst the Whitsundays.
The 750m swim leg takes place in Catseye Bay, followed by an undulating 20km cycle leg around the undulating landscape of southern part of Hamilton Island encompassing the airport runway and a 5km run around the marina and resort sides of Hamilton Island.
This event is open to individuals or teams over the age of 14 years and the Junior Fujifilm Hamilton Island Triathlon is a fun swim, bike and run around the Hamilton Island village (open to children aged under 14 years).
