About this event

The Jabulani Challenge is a trail running event held on 10 April 2027 in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, NSW, with the start and finish based at Bobbin Head. Set just north of Sydney, the event takes runners through one of the region’s standout trail environments, with a course that features predominantly singletrack alongside waterways, rainforest, bushland, steep hill climbs and creek crossings.

A major feature of the event is its three distance options: 12km, 22km and 45km. That range makes it suitable for a broad mix of entrants, from those taking their first steps into trail running through to experienced runners chasing a longer, tougher challenge.

With its varied terrain, scenic national park setting and family-friendly event base at Bobbin Head, the Jabulani Challenge offers an accessible but rewarding off-road running experience close to Sydney.
