North Bondi to Coogee 10km Swim

The North Bondi to Coogee 10km swim sees participants swim from North Bondi to Coogee and return on Saturday 9th March, 2024.
Following a 7am start, swimmers leave North Bondi and swim 500m out to Ben Buckler point and swim around the checkpoint boat. Head out to easterly side of Wedding Cake Island. Head towards Ivo Rowe Rock Pool and turn around the checkpoint boat, then head back to the beach side of Wedding Cake Island and continue to North Bondi Beach.
Mandatory requirements include having completed a 10km open water swim before. Swimmers must have swim support on the water. This can be a board paddler, a kayaker, ski, jet ski or a boat.
