Not being able to make it to Kona to watch the Ironman World Championship shouldn’t stop you from following the action.

We’ve collected the info you need to follow the big race.

What time does it start?
The race kicks off at 3:25am AEDT on Sunday 11th October (2:25am AEST).

The male professional field start first, followed by the female pro field five minutes later.

The age-group male field will start at 3:55am (AEDT) and female age-group field at 4:10am (AEDT).

Where to watch online
Online coverage via Ironman.com is schedule to begin at around 3am AEDT.

The live coverage will be hosted by former World Ironman Champion Greg Welch, along with pro triathletes Michael Lovato and Matt Lieto.
