Australian Adventure Festival Trail Run

The Mitchell River National Park features everything from open forest, a vast range of flora and fauna, to remote river gorges. Witness jaw dropping river scenery, serene rainforest gullies, rugged landscapes, and some of Victoria’s more unusual vegetation communities in this extraordinary National Park.

Trail runners can expect a challenging mix of terrains as they navigate a combination of both technical and more defined single track trails. You can take on the 55km event or Half Marathon (21.1km) event.

For both events, prepare to familiarise yourself with the sounds of nature, at times it will be just you and the trails.
